Aliphatic Polyurea

Our aliphatic Polyurea technology provides a unique approach for both clear and pigmented topcoats. Our Protec 2000 is a low viscosity, 1 to 1 topcoat that is primarily used on floors. It is unique in that it has up to a 2 hour gel time. It is extremely durable and offers a very rapid return to service. It is resistant to tire staining and can handle abuse ranging from the family garage to very aggressive industrial applications. For a slightly harder finish, our 1410 HX provides similar protection with a faster gel time (up to 30 minutes). Our Reactamine 6000 comes in 2, 4 and 12 minute gel times and is the product of choice for vertical surfaces. All of our aliphatic products are resistant to UV.

Blast Mediation

Our Extra Blast technology has proven itself in the most aggressive government testing protocol. This material was designed to provide the highest level of blast protection with the least amount of material. Our product is unique in that it required only 1/4 inch of material on the front and back side of the target surface in order to pass blast testing performed under the auspices of The Technical Support Working Group (TSWG) of the U.S. Federal Government. This product is currently in use as protection for buildings that house sensitive civilian and government IT equipment.

Foam

ReactaFoam is a unique water-blown, closed-cell foam that provides "best in class" low density options. We have successfully manufactured closed-cell foam to densities as low as 0.9 pounds per cubic foot. This has enabled our customers to increase their yields significantly. These foams are used in residential and commercial applications and have had significant success in agricultural applications as well.

Joint Seal

Reactamine Joint Seal is a product that provides a unique approach to sealing joints and cracks. The 2 component, 100% solids technology is available in cartridges, pails and drums. It offers up to a 4 minute gel time and cures in approximately 15 minutes. This product is idea for concrete and asphalt but can be used as a filler for most residential, commercial and industrial surfaces. It is available in clear, black and grey. Other colors are available upon request. The most popular cartridge size is 300mlX300ml but it is also available in 150mlX150ml and 750mlX750ml.
