Reactamine Technology's decorative products provide "Best in Class" protection and aesthetics for decorative surfaces. The cornerstone of our line is a patented solid surface spray system comprised of a full color palette of thermoset resins that may be incorporated into a pre-reacted waterborne Polyurea for application on interior or exterior surfaces, both horizontal and vertical.

The advantages of this system include rapid return to surface, decorative flexibility, and unequalled durability and UV protection.

We have chosen to revert to our primary brand, Reactamine, for all of our Decorative Coatings. Amerilyte Solid Surface Filler is now known as Reactamine Solid Surface Filler. All Nexamine products are now branded as Reactamine. For example, Nexamine 5000 is now Reactamine 5000. All of the chemistries are identical and they are the same quality products that you have come to expect. We have made no formula changes to any of these products.

Binders
Reactamine H 425, H 5000		Reactamine H 425 & 5000 are modified polymer dispersions developed as binders for the suspension of heavy decorative fillers. Reactamine H 425 is designed to be used with quartz, sand, and other similar heavy aggregates. Reactamine H 5000 was developed specifically for use with lighter weight solid surface fillers, such as are used in Reactamine Solid Surface Filler. These systems can be applied on a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates such as wood, metal, concrete, foam, and dry wall for both interior and exterior application.
Sealers
Reactamine H SLR		Reactamine H SLR is a UV stable polyurea dispersion designed to seal a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates such as wood, metal, vinyl, concrete and Reactamine Solid Surface Filler. Reactamine H SLR exhibits a combination of film hardness, flexibility, good water and abrasion resistance, and excellent solvent resistance.
ProTec 2000		ProTec 2000 is a two component 100% solids, aliphatic polyurea developed for clear topcoat applications. (Pigmented version available). ProTec 2000 is designed to be slow gelling (2 hours) in order to optimize leveling and wetting properties. Its characteristics include excellent chemical resistance, adhesion, and resistance to UV degradation over a wide range of temperatures. It is virtually odor free with no VOCs.
Reactamine 1410 HX		Reactamine 1410 HX is a two component 100% solids, aliphatic polyurea developed for clear topcoat applications. (Pigmented version available). Reactamine 1410 HX is designed to be slow gelling (30 minutes) in order to optimize leveling and wetting properties. Its characteristics include excellent chemical resistance, adhesion, and resistance to UV degradation over a wide range of temperatures. It is virtually odor free with no VOCs.
Reactamine 6000		Reactamine 6000 Aliphatic Polyurea is a two component 100% solid Polyurea that has excellent UV stability with superior performance in industrial applications. It displays extremely fast cure times with excellent adhesion to different substrates and can be spray applied at temperatures ranging from 20ºF to 150ºF. Reactamine 6000 has excellent chemical resistance and excellent water insensitivity and is available in both slow and fast reacting.
Epoxies
Reactamine EPX w/289 Hardner		Reactamine EPX Epoxy is a two component 100% solids, self-leveling modified epoxy. Reactamine EPX can be used as a surface tolerant primer or as a final coat, and will fast cure in a variety of harsh situations including high humidity. This epoxy’s characteristics include low blush, excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, UV stability, low odor, and is VOC free. Reactamine EPX an be applied at temperatures ranging from 40° F to 120° F. Hardener 289 is the companion product for Reactamine EPX.
Reactamine EPX-QS3		EPX-QS3  is a two component 100% solids, self-leveling modified epoxy. Its attributes include low blush, fast cure times, chemical resistance, adhesion, minimal odor and low VOCs. It maybe used as a surface tolerant primer or as a final coat and will cure in a variety of harsh situations including high humidity. EPX-QS3 can be applied at temperatures ranging from 40°F to 120° F.
Primers
Reactamine Primer 28		Reactamine Primer 28 is a prepolymer. It is an outstanding material as a moisture-curing one-component product and is highly recommended to prime and seal porous substrates. This primer is also an effective sealer on concrete and other substrates as it has excellent resistance to most common chemicals including deicing salt and mineral oils.
Reactamine EPX H2O		Reactamine EPX-H20 Water Base Epoxy is a two component 60% solids, self-leveling modified epoxy. This versatile epoxy displays low blush, fast cure, excellent adhesion & chemical resistance and UV stable characteristics. It can be used as a surface tolerant primer, and will cure in a variety of harsh situations including high humidity. Reactamine EPX-H20 can be applied at temperatures ranging from 40° F to 120° F. This primer is virtually odorless with no VOCs and is breathable.
Crack Sealant
Reactamine CS		Reactamine CS (Crack Seal) is a two component 100% solids polyurea based crack sealant. It is a self-leveling sealant designed to protect horizontal concrete expansion and control joints from spalling, chipping, and breakdown. This elastomer displays fast cure times and excellent adhesion to concrete. It can be applied at temperatures ranging 0° F to 150°F. This polyurea elastomer displays excellent chemical resistance, water insensitivity, and thermal stability at high and low temperatures. Reactamine CS V is designed to be used in vertical applications.
Aromatic Polyurea
Reactamine HardCoat		Reactamine HardCoat Aromatic Polyurea is a two component 100% solids Polyurea. It was formulated to provide a durable coating for expandable polystyrene foam. Reactamine HardCoat can be spray applied at temperatures ranging from 20°F to 150°F. Reactamine HardCoat has excellent chemical resistance and water insensitivity.
Fillers
Reactamine Solid Surface Fillers		Reactamine Solid Surface Fillers are color-fast, thermoset plastic chips such as are used in the production of solid surface counter tops. They are available is a broad range of vibrant colors.
